  3. Another trick for anxiety… Remember to breathe alllllll the way out when you breathe, slowly and effortlessly and not forcefully.

    People with Anxiety tend to breathe IN more then they do OUT, this creates a lot of “stale air” in the lungs and that builds more anxiety.
