  1. The only reason you suffer; you have pride. You feel ashamed of yourself and practise self-hatred as a self-protecting mechanism. You keep distance to your demons. Because your insecurities are wrong in your own mind. And you will forever suffer until you let them free. Nothing makes any difference before you accept your fear as a component of life. Realizing, they are a natural part of experience, but not who you are. To free yourself, you must practise bravery everyday. Not by challenging yourself, but by letting go of who you think you are. Of the image you try to maintain and the ideas about you that you have created. The most important thing is to practise self-love. Seeking the ligth inside you, making it your life-goal to reach the autenticity that lies hidden within. Listen to your own uplifting music and enjoying yourself. Remember; you are what you are looking for. The treasure lies within.
