hey guys okay today I’m going to talk about how to deal with feeling uncomfortable in like classrooms or places that sometimes I can’t always out of like meetings so if I was in a classroom right now and I began feeling really uncomfortable or upset about something that might have happened well something that’s just not normal I don’t feel right then what I’d do is I’d ask to be excused from the meeting or or whatever I’m doing then I’d go outside and just calm myself down and then I go in there and be okay now for some people that can be really hard I know that if you’ve got anxiety or you’ve got a lot of stress on you at the moment or your dad for depression or anything like that it’s really hard some people might think it’s very easy to income chinesse sometimes sometimes it is but other times it’s really not that easy deal with it I’ll do number step one is running water review step two would be just to kind of relax listening to any kind of music you’ve got like you’ve got a song like happy or any kind of song really that just tears you up don’t listen to sad songs that make you upset because that’ll make it worse and yeah that’s really it for this video like and subscribe for more well comment in the comment box down below and washed my next video the bear..
