So okay the first thing you need to do is if you take your fingers here you gonna be tapping certain points, you gonna be tapping it certain number of times not too hard, you don’t need to be too precise where you are tapping, but just look at the areas that im tapping and follow me as i go through this sequence. So first of all you are tapping the eyes here, and then the armpit and then the… make sure you are thinking about that anxiety, keep thinking about that problem that you have. Close your eyes, open your eyes, look down to one side, look down to the other side, roll your eyes in a circular direction, roll your eyes round in a circle in the other direction, uhm happy birthday to me out loud, count 1 to 5 out loud, 1,2,3,4,5 uhm happy birthday again.

Back onto the eyes, armpit … And that’s the routine, hopefully you should feel more relaxed, a little bit more comfortable, and then you go do your thing. Okay guys… perspective i… with… in two scenarios is what he is.. there and I’ve tested doing this just before I’ll go and approach them. And it does lowering your level anxiety. The other interesting thing that you can do, you can practice what… show you at home. So if you watch this video and go back and bring up a time when you’ve felt anxiety around women which if you’ve suffered from severe anxiety you should be able to do. Bring up that fear, follow the pattern, it should lower your anxiety level and when it does you can feel free to go back, watch it again and that would lower your anxiety levels further This is a really really really effective way of overcoming a fear which basically prevents us from approaching women we found attractive.
